This is Malaysia.  Polis is the Malay word for Police.  Welcome to Malaysia my friends.  Malaysia is a bodohland (stupid land in Malay).  Why?  Well, because it looks as if Thugs and Loan Sharks rule over the Royal Malaysian Police.  The first photo depicts loan sharks pasting their posters on a Police Hut.  Pinjaman Bulanan means Monthly Loan.
